1.4 Payments: All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices have been rounded to the nearest dollar and are current at time of publication but may be updated between the time of publication and the time of booking.
1.5 Health & Vaccination Requirement: All animals must be current on vaccinations and healthy without communicable disease when receiving services. Owners shall reveal true health or behavioral information.
1.6 Right to Refuse Service: Warrior kennel has the right to reject and cancel services if policies are not followed or paperwork is not complete, for safety reasons.
2.1 Nature of Sale: Dogs sold by Warrior Kennel are for companionship unless indicated otherwise. Sales are confirmed after the buyer realizes and agrees to breed specifics.
2.2 Health Disclosure: Minimal vaccine and health status at the time of sale is provided to buyer. Buyers are encouraged to see a veterinarian upon purchase.
2.3 No Guarantee Policy: Future health, size coat color and disposition cannot be guaranteed by Warrior Kennel. These aspects are influenced by genetics, environment, diet and management.
2.4 Buyer Responsibility: Once the animal is turned over, all care (feeding,training etc.) vetting and following the laws fall on the buyer.
2.5 Refunds and Returns: Except as herein otherwise provided, there shall be no refund, exchange or buy back of purchased notes under any circumstances after sale unless the same shall have been so agreed upon in writing prior to such sale.
2.6 Transfer of Ownership: Transfer of ownership does not occur until payment for the dog is made in full and delivery has been accomplished.
3.1 Service Scope: Warrior Kennel does offer pet transportation based on route availability, laws and conditions.
3.2 Documentation: A pet owner is required to submit up-to-date vaccination records, a health certificate and any permits or state authority approval for the movement of dogs. Warrior Kennel is not liable for delays as a result of incomplete or incorrect documentation.
3.3 Fitness for Travel: Pets must be healthy and not aggressive. Transport can be denied (if in the case pet will compromise) if pet is unfit for transport or a danger to the care-taker or owner.
3.4 Transport Risks: Warrior kennel is not responsible for minor illness, stress related behavior or delivery delays due to weather, traffic hazards, inspections and other unexpected challenges.
3.5 Owner Liability: The pet’s owner assumes complete liability for the pet while in transit. Damage or injury from any unreported aggressiveness, or undisclosed medical problems will be the responsibility of the owner.
3.6 Cancellation & Delays: They may want to check the train schedule again. Arrangements can be confirmed and no refunds shall be given for cancellations.
